He's inside in her womb [link] The ru ri ra is his mother singing to him as heard in miniature garden girl she sings it, it heals him because a mother voice usually soothes the baby. And the persons who speak to him arn't michaela, kyle and germania it's his mother, gear and the master of the graveyard because gear keeps him and his mother alive, and he will be among the masters like the graveyard. And seeing 'her' again means that when he is born he will meet the waiter as she knows she's waiting for him.

clockworker's doll can't be pregnant because as she sings in "The master of the court" she has no life, is a doll, Irregular is inside her Trapped, if you see in "Re_birthday" Irregullar is in a dark room trapped & chained waiting for his new life to see again his sister/waiter, that's is that i get from this

It's confirmed that he is her unborn son. She used to be a cripple when she was in with gallerian but she can walk(if i understand thing correctly) in capriccio farce. I think that after GEAR's sacrifice by giving away his heart making him a empty un organic thing he gave her 'life'.
